For users in the European Union, data transfers to third-party AI providers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission. These ensure adequate protection of your personal data.

Authentication is provided through Google OAuth. By signing in with Google, you grant us access to your basic profile information as required for account creation and management.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (token limits, API calls). Excessive usage beyond reasonable limits may result in temporary service restrictions or account suspension.
